Aroma
Very sweet and rich aroma, with hints of floral and fruit flavors.
Mouthfeel
Very smooth and full-bodied mouthfeel with low acidity

Perfect for espresso, very balanced, smooth honey flavour with low acidity and a light finish. Also delicious in a flat white, although flavours were subtle.
I found it a bit dark / bitter for a V60 pour-over (over-roasted?), but that could be my recipe. Next time will try a lower dose (12g instead of 14g?) or coarser grind.
